we got the mala beef rib noodle, mala pork belly noodle, and the spicy dumplings! for the noodles, they had just the right amount of chew to it, and you could tell they were hand pulled by how long the noddles were. i will say the mala sauce in all the dishes was a bit on the sweet side, but i just prefer my sauces to lean on the more salty side. the dumplings weren’t anything special, but was tasty when mixed with the sauce. overall, a good meal!

Honestly this is THE BEST place for wide noodles. The quality of meat was phenomenal (we got pork belly) and i devoured it all. We drove from Seattle to come over here and try Fangs Noodles and it definitely did not disappoint. Cannot wait to come back already!

Came for dinner from a friend's suggestion. Was a bit surprised that they didn't have any AC, but did have a few oscillating fans around so it didn't feel hot for us. We ordered online, paid for it, then wait till they serve the food to us. We got spicy pork belly dry mix with hand pulled noodle, xi'an liangpi (cold noodle), and the spicy dumplings. We were pleasantly surprised at all of them. The cold noodle came first, which was refreshing considering coming here on a hot summer day. Both noodle and dumplings were rich and flavorful, loved every bit and slurp that we had. Definitely recommended and definitely would come back if we're in the area!

First time I had anything like this. Main dish I ordered was the Mala Spicy dry noodle with beef rib. 11/10 fall of the bone tender. The spices combined created an enriching profile. LOVED ALSO the cold noodles (ordered spice on side). I’ve seen videos of it online and now can confirm how wonderful and refreshing it taste. Highly recommended. Come early before it gets busy, looks like a popular spot!

Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere is very lively and welcoming. We ordered the beef rib dry mix hand pulled noodle (5 spice) and the spicy dumplings. They are not playing around with the spice here! Food was delicious overall. Would come back again.

I thought it was pretty good. The noodles were great, just hard to eat with the chopsticks they serve them with. I should've asked for the wooden chopsticks because they were very slippery, long, and when packed together it's hard to pull them out of the bowl. The service was great and very fast. My only issue was with the pork buns, they weren't as moist as most and easily fell apart as we were trying to eat them. Also, the scallion pancake was a little undercooked. I would still go back, worth the price.

We ordered the mala beef dry rib noodle, mala spicy beef dry, spicy veg dry mix, spicy green beans, potstickers and scallion pancakes. The hand pulled noodles has the right amount of chew to it. all the noodles dishes were delicious with healthy portions and right amount of spicyness. You can order up to five hot levels. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the neighborhood.
